Business charging contracts tie your fleet to a single network. Card providers fix that, but they stop at the card — no live availability, no pricing before the session, no help when a charger won't start.
Meanwhile: invoices from several places, no clear view of where the fleet can charge, and home charging reimbursed by hand from photos of a meter.
One card, most of the country
Each driver gets a charge4all RFID card that works across the majority of public networks in Romania. No separate account per operator, no lock-in to whoever you signed with first.
Drivers also get the app — live availability, pricing before the session, and what's at the location. Sessions log against the driver and vehicle automatically.
Chargers at your depot, on the same account
We supply and manage AC chargers for depots, offices, and staff car parks — charge4all 1, S, and M, made in Norway with a five-year warranty.
Sessions at your own chargers appear alongside public sessions in the same reporting, on the same invoice. Individual metering means you can separate fleet use from employee use, or bill visitors.
Home charging
A lot of a fleet's charging happens at home. It's also the part that becomes a monthly admin job — drivers photographing meters, submitting claims, finance working out what to reimburse at which tariff.
We supply the home charger, meter the sessions, and settle them on the same invoice as everything else. The driver charges at home and does nothing. You see the cost per driver alongside public charging, in one place.
One invoice, limits you set
Public and office charging arrive on a single monthly invoice, with session detail per driver and per vehicle behind it. Home charging is metered and calculated for reimbursement, and appears in the same reporting.
Set a charging budget per driver or per vehicle, with caps you control centrally. Drivers see what they have. You see what's used, without intervening mid-month.
Numbers your accountant and your ESG report both need
Consumption, cost, and session data across public, office, and home charging, exportable for accounting. CO2 reporting comes from the same data, so sustainability reporting isn't a separate exercise.
