How do I start a charge?
It’s quick and simple:
Just choose one of the best charger options from your dashboard or search for one on the map. Then:

How do I know if a charger is available right now?
We show live status updates for most chargers—so you’ll see if a station is available, in use, or temporarily offline. Look for the real-time indicators on the map or in the charger details.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment systems and never store your card details ourselves. You can also save your preferred payment method to speed things up.
Why is a payment amount charged before starting a session?
We charge a fixed amount at the start of the session.
Once charging is complete, we invoice only the energy credits used and refund the difference to your card as soon as possible.
As you complete more successful charges, you’ll unlock the ability to pay after charging, making the process even smoother over time.
Can I filter chargers by plug type or charging speed?
Yes! You can easily filter by availability, plug type , charging speed, price. We want you to find the best fit, fast.
Why are some prices higher in the app than in the CPOs app?
Some charge point operators (CPOs) charge us more than they charge directly on their own networks. On top of that, we have operational costs to keep the app running smoothly. But there’s good news—the more you charge with us, the better leverage we have to negotiate lower prices with CPOs. You help bring prices down just by choosing us every time you charge.
What happens if a charger doesn’t work?
Every charger screen has support info and quick report options. If something’s wrong, you can let us, and the CPO, know right away. We also track charger reliability to help you avoid bad spots.
Do I earn anything for using the app regularly?
Yes, the more you charge, the more benefits you unlock. From loyalty rewards to early access to new features, better prices, switching to post paid session and others we believe in rewarding smart charging behaviour.
How can I get support if something goes wrong?

Can I get a refund for a charging session?
Because of the nature of the services purchased through our app (digital energy credits and real-time charging sessions), we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once a session has started. However, if something went wrong, our support team is here to help just reach out.
